We want you to love your Yaks, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and packed in their reusable mailer.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a direct refund to your original payment method or a different size or color via our easy exchange option.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and place your items inside the original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
